VISARSOFT ACADEMY CLAUSE

This Visarsoft Academy Clause is a part of Terms of Use, which constitute a public agreement between the User (hereinafter - "User", "You") and Visarsoft (hereinafter - "Company", "We") and regulates your relations while taking part in free mock interviews between you and the Company on visarsoft.de(the Site). Referring to the provisions stipulated by the Terms, User who voluntarily engages in mock interviews provided by the Company on a free of charge basis, shall have the following rights and responsibilities:

User Rights:

Access to Free Mock Interviews: Users have the right to access and participate in free mock interviews provided by the site. Privacy and Data Protection: Users have the right to privacy and their personal data protection in accordance with the Site's privacy policy. By engaging in the mock interviews and clicking at the respective page, the User gives his\her consent to his\her personal data processing necessary to interview conducting. The User also understands that the mock interviews can be recorded and further used by the Company on its marketing activities, about which the User is informed in advance. The failure to give a consent may be resulted in the Company’s impossibility to conduct interview. Feedback and Support: Users have the right to provide feedback on their experience with the mock interviews and receive support from the Site's administrators.

User Responsibilities:

Accurate Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the mock interview process. Respectful Conduct: Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the mock interviews, adhering to common etiquette standards. The User acknowledges the Company is the possessor of the intellectual property rights to the Content presented on the Site and agrees not to copy, share, modify, amend, sell, alter, download, change and do any other actions, which nay constitute infringement of the Company’s intellectual property rights. The use of the Content for commercial purposes is prohibited. The failure to adhere to these terms may result in civil lawsuits brought against the User. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their personal account used for interviews to prevent unauthorized access and any other fraudulent actions. By participating in free mock interviews on this Site, Users agree to abide by these rights and responsibilities and any other provisions outlined in the Terms of use.

Company rights:

Conducting Interviews: The Company has the right to conduct mock interviews using the methodology and instruments on its own discretion. The Company may also use recording instruments, including but not limited to video, audio, photo devices provided the User is notified thereof in advance. The Company may use recorded interviews for the purposes that do not violates the rights of the User and are compatible with its marketing activity, provided the User has consented hereto. Determine duration and quantity: The Company may solely determine the quantity and duration of the free interviews without the prior approval of the User. Providing Feedback: The Company may provide feedback to candidates during the interview process to help them understand areas of improvement and enhance their interview skills.

Company Responsibilities:

Fair and Equal Treatment: The Company is responsible for treating all Users fairly and equally during the interview process, adhering to ethical and legal standards. Professionalism: It is the Company's responsibility to conduct interviews in a professional manner, respecting candidates' time, privacy, and confidentiality Compliance with Policies: The Company must adhere to its own terms, policies, and standards, elaborated to ensure consistency and fairness.

Disclaimer

The Company does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the outcomes of the mock interviews conducted on the Site. Users participate in the mock interviews voluntarily and at their own risk. The Company shall not be held responsible for any consequences, whether positive or negative, arising from the user's participation in the mock interviews. Users acknowledge and accept that their involvement in the mock interviews is a voluntary decision, and they are solely responsible for any outcomes or experiences resulting from their participation.
